The Alouette potato is the improved version of the Raja seed potato. Harvested in spring and summer, this coarse potato has a beautiful red skin and golden yellow flesh.
Due to its light-flowered (fairly firm) structure, the Alouette is excellent for cooking and baking. Also suitable for making fries. The fresh and light taste is striking!
Alouette potatoes can be stored reasonably well at a temperature of around 4.5 degrees.
