What makes these soils so unique is that they are made from semola di grano reminicata: durum wheat semolina that normally forms the basis of fresh pasta. In addition to the beautiful color, these artisan pizza bases also owe their crispy crust to semola.
Cover a base with fresh tomato sauce and toppings and bake the pizza for 4 to 5 minutes in a scalding oven at 260 degrees. This delicious pizza base becomes even crispier when using a pizza stone!
