Is buckwheat good for me?
Buckwheat is rich in carbohydrates, fiber, vitamin B1, vitamin B6 and various minerals, such as magnesium. So much so that buckwheat is included in the Wheel of Five. Buckwheat flour is used in many products: bread, pancakes, biscuits, gingerbread cakes and breakfast cereals. So it is a versatile flour. Buckwheat flour does not contain gluten. Gluten is a protein found in certain grains. Because buckwheat is not a grain, it contains no gluten and is therefore suitable for celiac patients.
How to store buckwheat flour:
Preferably in a dark, cool place and if possible in an airtight jar or container.
