Stew with beef and vegetables

The classic combination is with mashed potatoes and vegetables such as braised chicory with honey and mustard, red cabbage in port and raisins, blanched Brussels sprouts with fried apple pieces, green beans or stewed pears. Also try it with celeriac puree and haricots verts with mustard vinaigrette.
Or opt for a lighter meal and combine the boeuf bourguignon with French bread and a tomato-pepper salad, or with rice and a cucumber salad.
Ingredients: 43% vegetables (onion, mushroom, tomato, green bean), 37% beef *, 7% beef stock, tomato paste, certified organic and vegan red wine (contains sulfite), water, salt, garlic powder, 0.4% beef fat, spices, potato starch (contains wheat gluten).
