Limburg stew is traditionally served with apple sauce and homemade fries with, of course, a large dollop of Elleke's truffle mayonnaise. Vary with baked potatoes, mashed potatoes or croquettes and red cabbage with apples or sauerkraut to enhance the tart character. Or combine with a fresh cucumber salad.
