Le Traditizionali Conchiglioni
For the Pasta P.G.I. Le Tradizionali line, the drying is done just like in the old pasta factories of Gragnano. The result is a high-quality product with an inimitable taste characterized by the typical forms of tradition.
This type of pasta is so named because of its resemblance to a large seashell, but instead of containing the sea, it can contain all the flavors you like.
Pastificio Liguori is one of the oldest pasta producers in Italy, with origins dating back to 1795.
Today, as in the past, they use only the best durum wheat from southern Italy and pure water from the mountains of Lattari, a spring water with special chemical properties that distinguish the unique taste of Liguori pasta.
