Pasta Gragnano Mezzani Tagliati
Liguori was the first pasta producer with a P.G.I. Certification. The production in Gragnano, unique because of climate conditions and the traditional production process guarantee a product of superior quality.
Tagliati belong to the family of mezzani, but they are distinguished by their cut which, unlike the oblique cut penne mezzani, is characterized by a short cut. They come from southern Italy and are suitable for the preparation of some typical dishes such as timbales or oven dishes.
Pastificio Liguori is one of the oldest pasta producers in Italy: its origins date back to 1795.
Use today they, as in the past, only use the best durum wheat from southern Italy and pure water from the mountains of Lattari, a spring water with special chemical properties that distinguish the unique taste of Liguori pasta.
