Spanish almonds blanched or without skin, you have the choice of raw or roasted almonds and salted or unsalted. Grown near Valencia, because the Spanish almonds are simply the best. Blanching is short steaming of the nuts so that the shell can be removed, so that you have a nice white nut. Raw almonds are the purest form, but freshly roasted by us with a pinch of salt, the almonds are a real treat. Indispensable with a drink, on your cheese board or as a healthy snack in between!
