Le Traditizionali Spaghetti no.5
Liguori was the first pasta producer with a P.G.I. Certification. The production in Gragnano, unique because of climate conditions and the traditional production process, guarantees a product of superior quality.
This spaghetti is a specialty of Abruzzo and one of the tastiest egg pasta in Italy. They are distinguished from spaghetti by their square shape, which is imparted by the tools used to process the pasta and from which they also derive the name "la chitarra". They are often served with sauces due to their porosity.
Pastificio Liguori is one of the oldest pasta producers in Italy: its origins date back to 1795.
Use today they, as in the past, only use the best durum wheat from southern Italy and pure water from the mountains of Lattari, a spring water with special chemical properties that distinguish the unique taste of Liguori pasta.
