Bakery MAMA is housed in a light and spacious factory building in Zwanenburg, a village between Haarlem and Amsterdam. Upon entering you step into an open space where you can see the bakers at work and smell their oven-fresh bread. They bake various types of bread, both sourdough and yeast, in six combi-steam ovens. They work exclusively with organic stone-ground flour without any kind of additives or stabilizers. Their flour comes from four different Dutch mills.
All breads are made from organic stone-ground flour and sea salt from Querande, without any additives or improvers.
The long rising time creates an optimally fermented bread with a lot of flavor, tasty and healthy.
