These are of the world famous Koroneiki variety, from the Kalamata region. Located on the Ionian coast, the ancient Greek city of Kalamata is famous for its extensive olive groves and the world's finest Koroneyki olive oil.
Kalamata DOP has a rich content of polyphenols and antioxidants. The olive oil knows a fresh aroma and a wonderfully balanced taste with characteristic notes of pepper and almond, perfect to combine with steak, fish, grilled chicken, pasta, vegetables and lettuce.
This special version of the Stilla extra virgin olive oil is infused with natural basil oil. Delicious with a salad.
