Tomato sauce with vegetables and lentils
A delicious vegan Bolognese sauce with lentils, traditionally prepared with honest ingredients. Preserved at a high temperature, so no artificial preservatives are needed and the authentic taste guaranteed.

Good to combine with ribbon paste but also with penne, the small hollow tubes with angled ends. Cook the pasta al dente and stir it into the warm lentil Bolognese sauce. Grate vegan cheese over it and serve with an avocado-tomato salad.
Ingredients: 75% vegetables (tomato, bleachcelery, carrot, onion), 10% lentils, 7% tomato paste, almond drink (water, rice, almond, sunflower oil, salt), certified organic and vegan white wine (contains sulfite), water, garlic, herbs, salt, olive oil.
